Delaware Youth Leadership seeks to recognize outstanding young leadership in the state of Delaware for their communities on both a local and national level. Through our scholarship program, we hope to reward young leaders for their service as they continue their service in their collegiate studies. 

The DYL is proud to partner with the Delaware Community Foundation to promote service initiatives in the State of Delaware.
